Description

Design and Implementation of an AI-Based Training System for the Servants of Hussaini Mawakib and Holy Shrines Using Generative Artificial Intelligence

General Introduction:

The “Design and Implementation of an AI-Based Training System for the Servants of Hussaini Mawakib and Holy Shrines Using Generative Artificial Intelligence” refers to the creation of an innovative framework for training, empowering, and evaluating service providers in pilgrimage environments.

In this approach, generative artificial intelligence is utilized to produce personalized educational content, simulate real-life situations, provide intelligent responses to inquiries, and support continuous learning.

This system can provide training related to hospitality etiquette, communication with pilgrims, crisis management, health and hygiene, cultural support, multilingual services, and operational coordination in a fast, scalable, and cost-effective manner.

Furthermore, through the analysis of educational and performance data, the system enables continuous improvement of service quality and identification of the skill development needs of servants.

The ultimate goal of this project is to enhance service quality, increase the preparedness of service providers, standardize training processes, and utilize emerging technologies to respond more effectively to the diverse needs of pilgrims during major religious events.

Estimated Budget:

The estimated budget for this project depends on the implementation scale and can generally be considered at three levels:

Basic Level: Approximately 1.5 to 3 billion Iranian tomans
  • Suitable for designing the training model, producing initial educational content, launching a pilot version, and limited use of generative AI tools.
Semi-Developed Level: Approximately 3 to 7 billion Iranian tomans
  • Includes the design of a comprehensive training system, multimedia content production, management dashboard, performance evaluation, and pilot deployment in several Mawakib or centers.
Full Operational Level: Approximately 7 to 15 billion Iranian tomans and above
  • Includes a dedicated platform, integration with existing systems, large-scale servant training, multilingual support, security, maintenance, and wide-scale deployment.
The costs are generally allocated to the following areas:
  • Conceptual design and needs assessment
  • Educational content production
  • Development of the AI system and technical infrastructure
  • Training of users and instructors
  • Support, updates, and evaluation

Expected Deliverables:

  • A training system design document including objectives, training topics, implementation methods, and educational standards.
  • Intelligent educational content in the form of text, audio, video, and interactive scenarios.
  • A generative AI-based educational platform or system for training, question answering, and evaluation.
  • A database of service scenarios and real-life situations for practice and simulation.
  • A performance evaluation and monitoring system for servants before, during, and after training.
  • A management dashboard for monitoring progress, training quality, and skill requirements.
  • A final implementation and effectiveness report including execution results, strengths, and improvement recommendations.

Main Objectives:

  • Enhancing the quality of training for the servants of Hussaini Mawakib and Holy Shrines through a systematic and standardized approach.
  • Facilitating access to continuous and intelligent training tailored to the different roles and needs of servants.
  • Utilizing generative artificial intelligence to rapidly produce updated and personalized educational content.
  • Increasing servants’ preparedness in dealing with real-life situations through practical scenarios and simulations.
  • Improving service quality for pilgrims in cultural, communication, operational, and support dimensions.
  • Establishing an evaluation and performance monitoring system to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Reducing training costs and time compared with traditional methods.
  • Standardizing the training and empowerment processes at different levels of Mawakib and pilgrimage centers.

Target Groups and Users:

  • Servants of Hussaini Mawakib as the primary users of the educational system.
  • Servants and service providers of Holy Shrines in cultural, operational, support, and pilgrim guidance sectors.
  • Managers and officials of Mawakib and pilgrimage centers for planning, supervising, and evaluating training programs.
  • Trainers, educational experts, and content producers for designing and updating educational materials.
  • Organizations responsible for pilgrimage affairs and religious events for policymaking, standardization, and monitoring project implementation.
  • New service volunteers who require basic training and initial preparation.

In summary, the direct users of this project are servants and educational managers, while its ultimate beneficiaries are the entire service system for pilgrims in Hussaini Mawakib and Holy Shrines.

Expected Outcomes of the Project:

  • Establishment of an intelligent and integrated training system for the servants of Hussaini Mawakib and Holy Shrines.
  • Enhancement of servants’ knowledge, skills, and practical readiness to provide better services to pilgrims.
  • Standardization of training and evaluation processes across different service levels.
  • Increasing the speed, accuracy, and quality of educational content production and delivery through generative artificial intelligence.
  • Improving pilgrim services in cultural, communication, operational, and support areas.
  • Reducing training costs and time while enabling broader and continuous training.
  • Creating a platform for monitoring, analyzing, and continuously improving servants’ performance and training processes.

In a brief summary, the final outcome of this project should lead to empowering servants, improving the quality of pilgrimage services, and creating a new technology-based educational model.

Implementation Requirements and Needs:

  • Conducting a comprehensive educational needs assessment to identify servants’ skills, responsibilities, and different levels.
  • Designing a scientific and content framework for training suitable for the environment of Mawakib and Holy Shrines.
  • Providing appropriate technical infrastructure, including an educational platform, internet access, servers, and generative AI tools.
  • Producing and organizing standardized educational content in the form of text, audio, images, and interactive scenarios.
  • Establishing a specialized interdisciplinary team including training experts, AI specialists, cultural affairs experts, and executive managers.
  • Defining an evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement system to measure training effectiveness.
  • Training users and system managers for proper and effective utilization.
  • Observing information security, confidentiality, and content accuracy requirements.
  • Providing institutional and managerial support for project implementation, development, and sustainability.
  • Securing the budget and implementation timeline for phased project execution.
